Orders are shipped worldwide directly from Alice’s studio in London, UK.

We ship worldwide! 

UK and International orders are shipped with Royal Mail. All available shipping options and costs will be calculated at the checkout before you complete your order. Just a heads up: international orders may be subject to import tax, please check your countries customs office for further information.


We accept returns on all our pieces (*excluding sale items) within 28 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition undamaged.

To make a return, please carefully re package your parcel and enclose a piece of paper with your order number, email address, shipping address and reason for return. Please send to the return address on your parcel.  Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 7 days. Returns are not free and all refunds exclude original shipping costs. When returning your order, we highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns. 

We take time to carefully inspect every piece before we send it, however in the rare case that you may have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, so we encourage you to follow our extensive care guide to ensure your DBA piece lasts.

All sale/sample items are final sale and returns are not accepted, so please ensure that you have checked the size guide prior to placing your order.



DBA pieces are made in small batches and often to order so they often sell out pretty fast. Consequently the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder via the website and send us the unwanted item back for a refund. This should ensure that the item you want is still available and you will receive it much quicker than having to wait for your return to process.
